Damion Hitnariansingh

Damion Hitnariansingh, PMP, is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Head of Global HR Operations at Creative Artists Agency since October 2015. In this role, Damion oversees a team of over 30 professionals, focusing on benefits, compensation, compliance, data analytics, HRIS, and payroll, while enhancing the onboarding and integration of new acquisitions into the CAA culture. Previously, Damion held positions such as Director of HRIS & HR Operations at Tribune Media, where strategic direction for HR operations was established, and HCM Solution Consultant at Workday, providing functional consulting services. Earlier experience includes roles at Take-Two Interactive Software, Brookfield Properties, and Daymon Worldwide, with responsibilities in project management and HRIS analysis.
