Kalle Pettersson

Kalle Pettersson is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development, having held the position of Head of R&D at CabinAir since June 2025. Prior to this, Kalle served as Head of Engineering at CorPower Ocean and Chief Operating Officer at Mantex AB. A significant tenure at Scania Group included leadership roles in gear change control software, coordination system platform, fluid and combustion simulation, and diesel combustion systems from January 2016 to September 2021. Earlier career positions encompassed managerial and consultancy roles focused on computational fluid dynamics at FS Dynamics, ÅF, Epsilon, and ITT Flygt, along with a brief role as a thermal design engineer at Ericsson. Kalle's academic background includes a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where research concentrated on numerical algorithms, CFD, and fluid flow modeling.
