Fran Reis

Fran Reis has extensive work experience in various IT and management roles. Starting in 1988 at Albertsons, they worked as a Business Analyst, leading the development of business requirements and deploying front-end systems. They also served as a Field Operations Manager, overseeing customer experience and employee training in 76 retail store locations. In 2004, they transitioned to SUPERVALU, where they managed retail operations communications and later transitioned the Customer Interaction Center operations to a third-party vendor. At Elkay Manufacturing, they held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager and Manager of Enterprise Systems, where they led cross-functional projects and managed IT development teams. They also worked at acpi as a Director of Enterprise Applications and at Cabinetworks Group as the VP of IT Transformation and Interim Chief Information Officer, providing strategic direction and supporting technology initiatives. Throughout their career, Fran Reis has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Fran Reis attended Concordia University-St. Paul starting in 2010, studying Business Management. Prior to that, they had studied General Studies at Citrus College.
