Eric Nachtigall

Eric Nachtigall is an accomplished RF architect and engineer with extensive experience in both wired and wireless R&D projects. Currently serving as the Lead RF Architect at CableLabs since April 2023, Eric optimizes 5G NR PHY protocols for innovative deployment methods. Previous roles include Senior Radio Frequency Engineer at Electro Magnetic Applications, Inc., and Radio Frequency Engineer at Snap Inc., where Eric focused on the analysis, design, testing, and verification of wireless protocols and electronics. Eric’s expertise encompasses RF subsystem design and integration, gained through positions at General Atomics and Lockheed Martin, as well as academic foundations in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in RF and Microwave Electronics from Drexel University.
