Ariana Pantazi began their work experience in 2005 as the Head of Accounts Receivable at areeba Ltd. Ariana later became the Risk & Activation Manager at the same company. In 2008, they worked as an Accounts Receivable Consultant at OTEnet Telecom. From 2008 to 2013, Ariana worked at MTN Cyprus, where they held roles such as Revenue Assurance Senior Manager and Head of Business Risk Management. In 2019, they joined Cablenet Communication Systems PLC as a Project Management Officer and eventually became the Head of Audit, Risk & Compliance.
Ariana Pantazi has a diverse education history. In 1990 and 1992, they attended BPP Cyprus and earned an Association of Accounting Technicians qualification. In 1992, they also obtained a Diploma in Accounting from the same institution. In 1995, they received an Assistant Teacher Certificate from ASA (Amateur Swimming Association - UK). In 1999, they became an Aerobic & Fitness Instructor after completing their training at G.R.A.F.T.S. Ariana obtained a CTFS (Certified Telecommunications Fraud Specialist) from FOCUS (UK) in 2011. From 2014 to 2016, Ariana gained Revenue Assurance Associate and Advanced Practitioner certifications respectively from C-Vidya Education Center. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute from BUSINESS CONTINUITY INSTITUTE. Most recently, in 2018, Ariana achieved the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) qualification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, specializing in Fraud & Forensics.
