Joyce Guo

Joyce Guo has an extensive background in sales operations and customer service, currently serving in a Global Sales Operation role at Cabot Microelectronics since May 2018. Prior to this, Joyce was the Asia Pacific Sales Operation Leader for Honeywell from May 2006 to November 2017, where responsibilities included business analysis and reporting, as well as enhancing customer satisfaction through effective order handling. Previously, Joyce worked as a Customer Service and Sales Assistant at National Starch & Chemical Trading (Shanghai) Ltd from March 2002 to April 2006, managing order delivery activities within the integrated supply chain. Joyce holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Economic from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
