Will Pearson

Will Pearson currently serves as the VP of Engineering Operations for Spectrum Superiority at CACI International Inc, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Will Pearson was the Chief Technology Officer at Azure Summit Technology, where additional roles included Director of Engineering, Director of Systems Engineering, and Senior Systems Engineer from March 2012 to January 2025. Will Pearson's career began at Argon ST as a Systems Engineer from August 2002 to March 2012 and included a role as Program Evaluator with the United States Army Test and Evaluation Command. Will Pearson also served as Commander of B Company, 1st Military Intelligence Battalion in the US Army from July 2000 to August 2001. Will Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, earned between 1988 and 1992.
