Owen Napper

Owen Napper is currently serving as the Data Insight & Storytelling Lead at CACI Ltd since June 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nepa from September 2021 to May 2025 as a Senior Insight Consultant, where Owen led consumer research and brand insight projects for notable global clients including Google, Unilever, and Coca-Cola, managing the entire project lifecycle. Owen also worked as a Business Data Analyst for Wimbledon between June 2023 and November 2023, focusing on real-time insight delivery through Power BI dashboards. Earlier positions include roles as a Business Technology Implementer at Shell, where Owen managed Knowledge Management tool implementations and trained colleagues. Owen holds a BSc (Hons) in Management from the University of Bath, completed in 2021.
