Early career experience includes positions as a Server at both Rosewood Hotel Georgia and The Pickled Onion Restaurant & Sports Bar. Sean's educational credentials include a Culinary Arts Diploma from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and a background in Financial Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with Wine & Spirit Education Trust certifications at levels 1 and 2.
