Jp Debray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the photonics and semiconductor industries. Currently serving as the Director of Products at Cactus Materials, Inc. since May 2025, Jp previously held several leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at LIGHTWAVE PHOTONICS, INC. and Chief Executive Officer at LAZURTEC Inc., where key contributions were made to the manufacturing of cutting-edge systems. Other notable positions include CEO of PicXar Corporation, VP Manufacturing at Aledia, and Director roles at SOITEC, SemiLeds, Glo-USA, and Finisar, focusing on various aspects of manufacturing, operations, and engineering. Jp holds an MBA in Economics from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and two PhDs in Material Science and Inorganic Chemistry from Pierre and Marie Curie University.
