Lisa Mason-Hollins

Lisa Mason-Hollins is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Principal at Judson Magnet School within the Caddo Parish School District since June 2021. Previously, Lisa held roles such as Assistant Principal and District New Teacher Coach at Caddo Parish Public Schools from August 2014 to May 2021, where responsibilities included mentoring new teachers and providing professional development support. Earlier in their career, Lisa was the Director of the Teenage Incentive Program, Inc., from May 2002 to May 2004, overseeing program implementation and curriculum development. Lisa holds a Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology from Louisiana Tech University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Grambling State University.
