Erica Turcios Yader

Erica Turcios Yader currently serves as Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at Cadence Design Systems, a position held since March 2022, after previous roles at the same company as Corporate Counsel, Litigation & Employment. Prior to joining Cadence Design Systems, Erica held the title of Counsel at Fenwick & West from January 2021 to February 2022, and spent nearly a decade at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP in various positions, including Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate. Earlier experience includes serving as Staff Attorney at the National Center for Youth Law and roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Law School, Summer Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and Law Clerk at the Office of the Public Defender in Contra Costa County. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
