Most recently, Brian and David combined forces to lead the middle-market Mergers and Acquisitions efforts for over 15 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, the third-largest brokerage firm in the United States. 

During this time, the highly successful duo acquired a wealth of industry knowledge and abilities, while collectively accumulating over 50 years of investment banking experience. After more than a decade of providing top-tier service and results at Wells Fargo Advisors, Brian and David went on to form Cadence with the vision of providing clients with unbiased advice, custom-tailored solutions, and sophisticated transaction execution to exceed all expectations and outcomes. 

Unlike most investment banks, Brian and David have continued to develop a unique approach to dealing with their clients in a way that ensures that their partnerships and business decisions are free of the conflicts of interest that exist within the banking sector.
