Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer at United Utilities from March 2010 to August 2019, where Fraser was responsible for strategy development for both UK operations and international interests, and Managing Director overseeing the regulated activities of United Utilities Plc. Earlier, Fraser served as Operations Director at Bethell Power Services Ltd. from February 2002 to May 2005, managing a team of 350 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Engineering/Programme Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire, alongside participation in the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University.
