Birju Trivedi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate HR at Zydus Group since October 2005, Birju has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and evolving the Performance Reward Philosophy to align with organizational goals. Prior experience includes Vice President of Corporate & Global HR at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited and various HR positions at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd and Cadila Pharmaceuticals. Birju's career began at Sarabhai Chemicals, managing industrial relations and personnel management. Academically, Birju holds multiple degrees, including a Post Graduate Program in Digital HR Transformation and People Analytics from Xavier School of Management and an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, alongside degrees in law and social work.
