Anika Scholz has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and office management roles. Anika is currently the Head of Human Resources at cadooz GmbH, starting in 2023. Anika also had a temporary role as a Human Resources Payroll Administrator at Hawkins in 2014 and worked as an Accounts Payable Administrator at Humes - A member of the Fletcher Building Group from 2013 to 2014. Anika began their career as a Human Resource & Business Travel Coordinator at cadooz GmbH in 2011.
Anika Scholz completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Management from Jade Hochschule from 2008 to 2012. After that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and International Development (Distance Learning) at The University of Manchester from 2014 to 2016.
