Stefan Kruse has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Stefan started their career as a Kundenberater at Sparkasse Holstein in 2002. Stefan then joined Commerz Direktservice GmbH in 2004 as a Financial Assistent & Qualitätsmanager, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Koordinator Kundenservice at blau Mobilfunk GmbH.
Stefan then moved on to Tchibo GmbH in 2015, where they served as a Supervisor Consumer Care until 2016. Following this, they joined Maklaro GmbH as a Leiter Kundenbetreuung, where they worked until 2019.
Since 2019, Stefan Kruse has been employed at cadooz GmbH, where they initially worked as a Team Lead Customer Care B2C until 2023. From 2023 onwards, they assumed the role of Head of Customer Care.
Stefan Kruse began their education in 1999 at Sparkasse Holstein, where they pursued a degree as a Bankkaufmann. Stefan successfully completed their studies in 2002. Following this, they enrolled in Hamburger Akademie für Fernstudien, where they obtained a certification as a gepr. Personalreferent bSb.
