Alex Collins

Alex Collins is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in structured finance. Beginning as a Trainee Solicitor at Allen & Overy, Alex advanced to the role of Associate in Structured Finance before transitioning to a position as Legal Counsel at Goldman Sachs. Following that, Alex served as Legal Counsel (Secondee) at Barclays Investment Bank. Since November 2017, Alex has held multiple titles at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, including Partner and Special Counsel in Structured Finance. Academically, Alex holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City St George’s, University of London, and a Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification from the College of Law Moorgate.
