Alice Malisia has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Alice started their career in 2002 as a Human Factors Research Assistant at Transport Canada. Alice then worked as a Human Factors Engineering Professional at Bombardier Aerospace from 2012 to 2014. Following that, they served as a User Experience Consultant at Bell from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Alice joined CAE, where they took on various roles. Alice started as a Human Factors Engineering Professional and later transitioned to the position of Customer Experience Designer in CAE's Digital Accelerator. From 2018 to 2020, they held the role of Customer Experience Designer, and then moved on to become the CX Design Lead & Digital Business Analytics Lead in the Digital Accelerator team. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Digital Business Analysis at CAE since January 2022.

Before joining CAE in 2016, Alice worked as a Usability Expert at Yu Centrik from 2008 to 2012 and as a Usability Specialist at National Instruments in 2003. Alice also gained experience in the financial sector as a Junior Financial Analyst at Apollo Systems Research Corporation in 2004. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at the Defence and Research Department of Canada in 2003.

Alice Malisia completed their education in Systems Designs Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Alice obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with an Honours in Systems Design Engineering with a Cognitive Science Option from 2000 to 2005. Alice then pursued a Master of Applied Science degree in Systems Design Engineering from 2007 to 2009.
