Emilie Pinel, CHRP, M.Sc., is an accomplished organizational development specialist with extensive experience in talent management and development. Currently serving as the Lead for Talent Management at CAE Inc since April 2020, Emilie has previously held roles as Specialist in Talent Management at CAE Inc, Consultant in Global Organizational Development at CGI, and Coordinator of Training & Development - Leadership Development at McKesson Canada.
