Nicolas Ross has held various roles throughout their career. Nicolas started as a Sales Representative at The Kraft Heinz Company in 1997 and worked their way up to becoming the National Trade and Promotion Manager, Key Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. In 2005, they joined L'Oréal as the Director of Trade Marketing (Sales Planning), and later held positions as the Director of Merchandising, BI & Efficiency, Director Category Management, and Director of Business Planning. Nicolas then served as the General Manager at Aspasie from 2015 to 2017. After that, they worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development at IVC- International Visual Corporation from 2017 to 2018. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Molson Coors, where they held the position of Head of Commercial Planning, Data Governance, Analytics, and Field Sales Management. Currently, Nicolas is the Global Lead for Sales & Operations Planning at CAE, a role they started in June 2022.

Nicolas Ross received a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Marketing / Production and Operation Management from HEC Montréal.
