Nicolas St-Louis is an experienced manager in hardware engineering, currently serving as Manager of Global Hardware Engineering at CAE since January 2017. With a background in project management, Nicolas has successfully overseen the delivery of Full Flight Simulators, ensuring efficient transitions and timely hardware solutions. Previous roles at CAE include various project management positions, where accountability for budgeting, scheduling, and quality delivery was paramount. Nicolas has also contributed to other organizations such as Sher-Wood Athletics Group and Pratt & Whitney Canada in engineering and project management capacities. A graduate of Université de Sherbrooke with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, along with earlier education in pure and applied science, Nicolas continues to lead multidisciplinary teams while applying Agile methodologies to enhance project execution.
