Previously, in various global HR leadership roles, Ray contributed to strategic initiatives, employee relations, and the implementation of the Workday HR platform across the Middle East and North Africa. Ray's experience spans several organizations, including Diageo and MAN Enterprise, and is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame University - Louaize.
