Eric Dominguez serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering & Asset Management at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since September 2005, where responsibilities include maintenance capital investment, asset optimization, and project management across over 60 properties, overseeing significant budgets and a large team. Previously, as Vice President of Facilities, Engineering & Sustainable Operations, Eric managed facility asset management and sustainable operations across 42 properties. Eric also held the role of Corporate Director of Energy & Environmental Services, focusing on energy management and sustainability initiatives at Caesars. Prior to this, Eric worked for the Colorado River Commission of Nevada, leading renewable energy strategy and energy risk management. Eric holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and has completed training at the Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command, as well as studies at Cornell University.
