Keri Bias

Keri Bias is an experienced professional in revenue management and data analytics, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Management at Caesars Entertainment since July 2025. Previously, Keri held various roles at Zappos Family of Companies from November 2019 to July 2025, including Marketing Technology & Analytics Principal and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst at Caesars Entertainment Corporation (January 2017 - November 2019), and Program Manager at the University of Hawaii at Manoa (August 2015 - December 2016). Additionally, Keri served as a Language & Data Senior Analyst at the National Security Agency (July 2012 - July 2015) and as an Intelligence & Language Analyst in the US Army (July 2010 - July 2015). Keri's educational background includes a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California, a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and other degrees in National Security Studies, Chinese Mandarin, and Psychology.
