Prior experience includes a Team Lead position at Erie Meat Products Ltd and another Team Lead role at Spencer // Butcher. Pardeep's educational qualifications include a degree in Structural Packaging and Design Management from Conestoga College, a program in Operations Leadership in Food Manufacturing from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Mata Gujri College.
