Dale O'Connor

Dale O'Connor has a strong background in software development and engineering. Dale started their career as a Software Engineer at Ubiquity Software in 2004 and later became a Team Leader. In 2007, they joined Avaya as a Team Leader and then transitioned to a Product Lead role in 2009. In 2010, Dale joined CafeX Communications as a Software Development Manager and eventually became the SVP of Product Engineering. Dale'smost recent position is as the Head of R&D at Admiral Group Plc, where they lead a team focused on innovation and improving customer experience.

Dale O'Connor completed their Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham between 1991 and 1994.
