Agnaldo Fernandes

Agnaldo Fernandes is an experienced ICT User Support Analyst at CAFOD since August 2016, specializing in IT technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, utilizing remote access tools, managing incidents through an IT help desk system, and overseeing procurement routines. Previously, Agnaldo worked as a freelancer from October 2014 to 2020, providing research analysis and computer repair services, including hardware and software installations across various platforms. In 2015, Agnaldo participated in the Siri Data Administrator Project at Globe Technical Services Ltd, focusing on transcription development in Portuguese. Earlier roles include serving as a 1st Line Support Engineer at Atos from September 2013 to July 2014, assisting users with IT problems and managing system integrations.
