Gemma Salter is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education and fundraising. Currently serving as the Primary Schools Programme Manager at CAFOD since August 2011, Gemma oversees fundraising initiatives in schools, develops engaging community products, and manages strategy, communications, and volunteer programs. Previously, Gemma held roles as an Education Communications and Resources Copywriter at CAFOD and as an Early Years Foundation Stage Manager and Class Teacher at St Edward's Primary School. Gemma's early career included experience as a Clinical Research Assistant at Great Ormond Street Hospital/University College London. Gemma holds a PGCE in Primary Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a Master of Science in Health Sciences from the University of York, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Swansea University.
