Ridzuan Alladin

Ridzuan Alladin serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Cagamas Berhad since 2019, bringing extensive expertise in human resources and consultancy. Prior to this role, Ridzuan worked at Korn Ferry Hay Group from 2011 to 2019 as a Senior Consultant. Experience also includes a tenure at Procter & Gamble from 2006 to 2011, where Ridzuan held positions as HR Business Partner for the Malaysia Customer and Distributor Team as well as HR Manager for Corporate Recruitment and Learning & Development. Earlier in the career, Ridzuan was a Client Account Executive at Ogilvy & Mather from 2005 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration with a triple major in Marketing, International Business, and Management from Northwood University, along with formative education at The Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK).
