Robert Chew has extensive experience in leadership and innovation within various organizations. Since 1996, Robert has served as the Chair of the Board of Directors at CAI, while also leading the Nominating-Governance Committee. Prior roles include Chief Innovation Officer and CEO at Performance Validation, where Robert was instrumental from 1990 to 1996, and Vice President at both Performance Validation and Sonalysts. Robert also founded Teton Adventures, a family-owned business, between 1986 and 1988. Early in the career, Robert served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy on a nuclear submarine and attained the rank of Commander in the Naval Reserve Intelligence Program over a span of 12 years. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in 1981.
