Darren Chua, CAIA, CFA, currently serves as GM M&A and Commercial at Summit Power International since March 2021 and has held the position of Chapter Executive at the CAIA Association since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Planning & Commercial at SP Group, VP at Infra Capital Myanmar, and Principal at ADL Capital Group, focusing on deal origination and development in infrastructure across Myanmar and Southeast Asia. In earlier positions, Darren was a Senior Investment Associate at CitySpring Infrastructure responsible for M&A in the Real Asset sector and held multiple roles including Account Manager at International Enterprise Singapore and Strategic Development and Investment Manager at Envipure. Darren began a career in engineering as a Marine Engineer at RSN. Education includes an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, complemented by an exchange program in Environmental Engineering at DTU and A'Levels from Hwachong Junior College.
