Aaron Fishleder currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Cakebread Cellars, a role established to unify various brands under a luxury portfolio. Prior to this position, Aaron was the President of Land Holding & Farming Operations at Far Niente Wine Estates, where responsibilities included expanding the wine portfolio, acquiring new vineyards, and optimizing operations. Aaron's earlier experience as the first in-house viticulturist involved overseeing vineyard health and leading a team across multiple properties in Napa and Sonoma. Aaron holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture and Plant Science, respectively, with an emphasis on Viticulture from the University of California, Davis.
