Currently serving as the Manager for both Financial & Regulatory Reporting and Finance Business Partnering at CalBank PLC since April 2020, Joshua previously held key leadership roles at CAL Asset Management Company Limited as Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investment Research & Strategy from March 2013 to March 2020. Earlier in the career, Joshua worked as an Investment Officer/Advisor at SDC Capital Limited and began the professional journey as an Accounts Assistant intern at Women & Development - Microfinance. Joshua holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, is a Chartered Accountant, and has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Education.
