Carl Gillert

Carl Gillert serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Litera since April 2024, following a tenure in the same role at Exostar from February 2022 to March 2024, where a successful exit was executed in November 2023. Previously, Carl held the CFO position at T2 Systems, leading another successful exit to a publicly held acquirer in December 2021. Carl's extensive experience also includes key finance and treasury roles at Syniverse, overseeing large global teams and functions, as well as leadership positions at HD Supply, The Home Depot, Hughes Supply, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
