Martin Gandelman

Martin Gandelman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within law firms and government agencies. Currently serving as Partner at Calcagni & Kanefsky LLP since October 2016, Martin has held titles ranging from Counsel to Senior Associate Attorney and Associate. Prior to this, Martin contributed as Faculty at the New Jersey Attorney General's Advocacy Institute, focusing on legal ethics and equity crowdfunding laws, and served as Deputy Attorney General in the Securities Fraud Prosecution Section of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office from September 2011 to October 2016. Additional experience includes work as a Special Deputy Attorney General and Legal Intern for the Office of the New York State Attorney General, as well as a Summer Law Clerk at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. Martin earned a J.D. cum laude from Cardozo School of Law (2011) and a B.A. with distinction in History from the University of Michigan (2007).
