Brian Donahue

Brian Donahue currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Caldera Medical, having joined the company in May 2025. Previously, Brian held the position of Vice President of Finance (US CFO) at Dole Packaged Foods from 2023 to 2025, overseeing a $1B+ US Finance operation. As Chief Financial Officer of Ember Technologies, Inc. from 2018 to 2023, Brian facilitated significant revenue growth and international expansion. Brian’s experience at Mattel, Inc. spanned various finance leadership roles from 2003 to 2018, including Vice President of Finance for Global Supply Chain and Division CFO for HIT Entertainment, where strategic financial initiatives were successfully implemented. Earlier in Brian's career, an Audit Manager role at EY involved conducting financial audits and risk-based assessments for major clients like Disney. Brian holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Washington State University and is currently pursuing executive education at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
