Miguel Mantas

Miguel Mantas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Committee at Caldic and an Operating Partner at Advent since 2021, Mantas also contributes to Roehm as a Member of the Supervisory Board and holds a position on the Advisory Council at TOPAS® COC by Polyplastics. Previously, Mantas was Chief Executive Officer at allnex until June 2025 and a Non-executive Member of the Board at GTM Holdings S.A. His tenure at Oxea saw him as Co-CEO and Managing Director, while significant roles at Celanese included Vice President in several divisions. Mantas began his career as President & CEO of Hoechst Philippines Group and served as Corporate Development Officer at Hoechst Japan. Mantas holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne.
