Mika Paulamäki

Mika Paulamäki has extensive experience in sales and business management within the food ingredients and raw materials distribution industry, currently serving as Head of Sales and Managing Director for Caldic in Finland since September 2018. Prior roles include VP/Director of Biotech at HKScan Oyj, where Mika held P/L responsibility for non-food sectors, and various managerial positions at Barry Callebaut, UPM-Kymmene, Danisco Health & Nutrition, Danisco Sweeteners, and Finnfeeds, focusing on sales growth, strategic development, and market expansion across multiple regions. Education includes a Master’s degree in International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu, completed between 1988 and 1994.
