Elisha Kohanbash

Elisha Kohanbash is a Patent Attorney at CALDWELL since December 2022, specializing in patent drafting and prosecution with expertise in aircraft systems and advanced computer science technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. Prior experience includes serving as an Intellectual Property Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP, and as an In-House Counsel Intern at Munchkin, where responsibilities included drafting patents and preparing freedom-to-operate opinions. Elisha also gained valuable experience as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO and as an Intellectual Property Summer Associate with both the U.S. Department of Energy and Phil IP Law Group Inc. Elisha holds a Doctor of Law from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.
