Kenneth Baillie

Kenneth Baillie is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Currently a Partner at Caldwell since November 2018, Kenneth specializes in executive search and has established a strong track record in placing senior executives, including board directors and chief executives, within the oil and gas industry. Previously, Kenneth served as Senior Vice President for Gerard Daniels, managing placements across the Americas and EMEA, and held other roles including Vice President Americas and General Manager Americas, contributing to critical placements for major integrated oilfield services companies and private equity-backed firms. Kenneth's career spans various consultative roles beginning with Maxwell Drummond and includes an academic background with a MA in Business Studies from the University of Aberdeen.
