Fraser Scott has over two decades of experience in the hospitality and catering industry, currently serving as the Guest Experience Head of Service Delivery at Caledonian Sleeper since September 2020, following a previous role as Guest Experience, Catering & Operations Manager. Prior to this, Fraser held the position of Area Manager at Dine Contract Catering Limited from April 2012 to September 2020 and was the General Manager at Compass Group from 2005 to 2012. Earlier career roles include Assistant Group Hospitality Manager at Sodexo (2002-2005) and Restaurant Manager at Scottish Highland Hotels/Paramount Group of Hotels (2000-2002), as well as various roles at Scottish Highland Hotels from 1994 to 2000. Fraser's educational background includes attendance at Glasgow College of Food and Technology and Loudoun Academy in East Ayrshire from 1989 to 1995.
