Steven Katchur

Steven Katchur is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching music, physical education, and various subjects at the elementary and secondary levels. Currently serving as a Music and PE Teacher at the Calgary Board of Education since August 2016, Katchur previously taught Grade 5/6 and also worked as a substitute teacher covering various subjects. Katchur's teaching philosophy emphasizes inquiry-based learning, differentiation for diverse learning needs, and promoting social well-being among students. Katchur has also tutored extensively and holds multiple degrees in Education, including a Master's Degree in International Teaching.
