Matt Taylor has extensive experience in customer service and operations within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Customer Service & Retention at Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation since November 2019, Matt has also held the role of Account Manager for the Calgary Flames. Previously, Matt worked as Operations Manager and Marketing Manager for the Okotoks Dawgs Baseball from May 2018 to September 2019. Other roles include Mountain Sports at Panorama Mountain Resort in June 2017 and positions at Mount Royal University and Sport Chek, where customer service and retail operations were key responsibilities. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and International Business from Mount Royal University, completed in 2019.
