Jennifer Waugh is a seasoned library professional with extensive experience in service delivery and community outreach. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Calgary Public Library since March 2015, Jennifer leads a team of over 80 staff to provide exemplary library services in multiple communities. Previous roles include Community Outreach Librarian, where Jennifer facilitated the transition to the New Central Library, and Service Design Lead, focusing on the development of innovative programs. Prior to joining Calgary Public Library, Jennifer held positions at Marigold Regional Library, NAIT, and Edmonton Public Library, accumulating a diverse background in instructional services and community programming. Jennifer holds a Master of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from the University of Calgary.
