Rachael Weingarten has extensive experience in the field of education. Rachael has held various roles such as K-8 Principal at Caliber Schools: Education Reimagined, Dean at KIPP Empower Academy, and 2nd and 3rd Grade Teacher, Instructional Coach, Grade Level Lead. Their expertise includes curriculum development, instructional coaching, creating school cultures centered on core values, and implementing socio-emotional learning programs. Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated a strong commitment to student success and achievement, driving impressive results in student proficiency rates and standardized test scores.
