Ayat E.

Ayat E. currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at the California Academy of Sciences, where the mission focuses on regenerating the natural world through science, learning, and collaboration. Previously, Ayat held the position of Vice President, People and Culture at Panorama Global, contributing to social change initiatives. In a prior role as Global Lead for HR Business Partners at the Wikimedia Foundation, Ayat facilitated talent and culture partnerships across 60 countries. Additional experience includes serving as Principal Human Resources Consultant at BPM LLP, Director of Human Resources at CREDO Mobile, and Director of Human Resources & Administration at Inner-city Muslim Action Network. Ayat's career in human resources began at BP as an HR Advisor. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in I/O Psychology & Organizational Behavior and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
