Aysha Mohsin

Aysha Mohsin currently serves as the Director of People Experience at the California Academy of Sciences, overseeing People Development and Culture Enablement for the Americas and EMEA since February 2025. Prior to this role, Mohsin was with TikTok from June 2023 to May 2025, focusing on change management and policy development within the same regional scope. Earlier experience includes a position as a Learning Consultant for Global Operations at Facebook, where trust and safety initiatives and change management were key responsibilities from September 2018 to June 2023. Mohsin also held the role of Manager of Talent Management & Organizational Development at Intuitive and Finance Training Manager at Core-Mark International, both involving significant change management competencies. Mohsin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis, from January 2003 to January 2006.
