Daniel Sternweis

Daniel Sternweis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Financial Reporting Manager and Operational Accounting Manager at the California Academy of Sciences since April 2018, specializing in financial reporting, technical accounting, tax and regulatory compliance, as well as oversight of accounts payable, payroll, and corporate credit cards. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at PwC from September 2013 to April 2018 as an Assurance Senior Associate, where audit engagements included both substantive and control testing for a diverse range of companies in the semiconductor and life science sectors. Earlier experience includes a position in Guest Services at Save Mart Center @ Fresno State from July 2009 to November 2012. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accountancy and a minor in Psychology from California State University, Fresno, obtained in 2013.
