Michael Bartalos

Michael Bartalos is an accomplished Art Director currently working at Visa since May 2022, focusing on crafting and delivering marketing assets in collaboration with various creative teams and stakeholders. With over two decades of experience, Michael has also served as a Senior Art Director at Brainrider, an embedded Art Director at Meta, and as an Affiliate Artist and blog author for the California Academy of Sciences. Additionally, Michael operates as a freelance designer and illustrator, providing services across multiple domains, and co-directs an art workshop program for communities in Mexico's Lacandón jungle. Educated with a Master of Fine Arts from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute, Michael has also taught as an adjunct professor at California College of the Arts.
